Ebook Free Download | MTV Power Yoga | I’ll be honest. I didn’t think much off MTV Power Yoga when I first saw it in the video store. It’s MTV after all and that doesn’t seem to really go well with the holistic discipline of Yoga. I thought it’ll be another crappy Yoga-inspired video but boy was I wrong! MTV Power Yoga is actually a fantastic workout in many ways and it really challenged me even though I was relatively familiar with a LOT of yoga dvds.
